Paddling for Pups
Our first “Paddling for Pups” fundraiser was held May 2023 at Bay Creek Park on Edisto Beach. The event was hosted by Edisto Watersports and Tackle for the benefit of Animal Lovers of Edisto. It was a fun day and we plan to make this an annual event.
A recap of the event: 10am to 4pm - live music, food trucks, vendors, live demonstrations from Fathom K9 dog trainers, “best of” dog competitions (all in fun) and a perfect view of kayakers and paddle boarders with their dogs, in fun and friendly races on Big Bay Creek. The best news is that some of our rescues found furever homes!
Our next event will be held on June 8, 2024.
Mutts & Putts ~ Golf Fore Rescue Tournament
The Mutts & Putts Golf Fore Rescue fundraiser is hosted by The Plantation Course at Edisto and Ella & Ollie’s each year.
The tournament is a 4 Player Captains Choice event to raise money for Animal Lovers of Edisto. Each year the tournament reaches full capacity and receives many local sponsors!

Freezin’ for a Reason
Our 5th Annual Polar Plunge fundraiser was held on February 24, 2024.
This is always a fun event for local pups as well as their owners. The event is hosted at McConkeys Jungle Shack with raffle items, opportunities to meet and/or adopt our pups, followed by a group plunge in the ocean just across Palmetto Blvd at Edisto Beach. We hope to see you there in 2025!
